We will be celebrating babies\, nutrition\, and family\, during our event called La Cuarentena: 40 Days to Bring Light. \nYou will have the opportunity to learn more about our nutrition programming and meet some of our staff and scholarship students who are doing the work on the ground! We will have a small ceremony to bless children based on Maya tradition. We will combine this ceremony with the idea of a Global Baby Shower to honor the babies we work with in Guatemala as well any special children in your own lives. \nWe invite all of our guests to bring photos of their children\, grandchildren\, adult children\, and families to receive a blessing at the ceremony \nOur nutrition team will set up a demonstration of how they conduct health assessments in the villages.
